Description

Selecting an object that is simulating physics while the simulating will cause that object to stop simulating physics.

Moving the object with the widget and releasing will cause the physics to begin simulating properly again.

Also recreated in Binary 4.12 @ 3039270

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Sync and open QAGame in the editor
  2. Search the content browser and place a Barrel_02 into the world
  3. In the barrel's details panel enable Physics->Simulate Physics
  4. Move the barrel to be above the floor
  5. Simulate and immediately select the barrel
  6. Hold RMB and move the camera

Result: The physics on the barrel stop while the camera is moving
Expected Result: Physics will continue to simulate
