Description

Found this while working on [Link Removed] in the Dev-Physics-Upgrade branch (from 3.3 to 3.4).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Add a static mesh component to a level.
  2. Set this actor to be simulated.
  3. Add another static mesh component to the level, directly below the simulated actor.
  4. Leave this actor as kinematic.
  5. Play.

Expected: The simulated actor falls and lands on the kinematic actor. The actors will appear to be touching.

Actual: The simulated actor falls and lands on the kinematic actor. However, the simulated actor appears to hover above the kinematic actor.
