Steps to Reproduce
  • Create a Niagara System and add User Parameter
    • Use Fountain as a base
    • Add a float "User exposed" param
    • Assign is to the Spawn rate of the Fountain emitter
  • Add the Niagara System to a LevelInstance
  • Override the LevelInstance
    • Set the Exposed float to any value
    • Save the override

The value change was lost when the override was save
