Description

There is disparity between the two different ways of editing rotation. When using the scrubber in the details panel each value scrubbed only affects that value and the values go from 0 to 360. When using the rotation tool, the rotation is updating all three values instead of just the X-Axis and that values range from -180 to 180.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Drag a static mesh into the level
  2. Select it and bring up the rotation tool
  3. Rotate along the X-Axis and then along the Y-Axis
  4. Rotate again along the X-Axis
  5. Note: the rotation is updating all three values instead of just the X-Axis and that values range from -180 to 180
  6. Rotate using the scrubber in the details panel
  7. Note: each value scrubbed only affects that value and the values go from 0 to 360
