Alembic import transform is flipped on the Y axis and the scale is also rotated for its axis.
I've attached a text asset similar to the users to easily identify the issue along with the source Max file and the FBX version for testing.
There is also a test project with all these lined up if needed. This was also checked in 4.14 Dev-Main CL-3109838 to verify this is an issue still.
1. Import the attached test asset, AxisMesh.abc
2. Import 3 times as Geometry Cache, Static, and Skeletal Separately
Result: The axis is rotated for the imported option
Expected: Axis should be aligned correctly, similar to how Static Mesh and Skeletal Meshes import.
