Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-355672)

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Niagara System that sample Static Mesh Location as particles' initial position, set the system's life cycle to Once.
Use "Spawn System at Location" BP fuction to spawn the Niagara system, and set the pooling method to "Auto Release".
PIE, particles appear at the last system spawned location.
