Memory leak in Landscape edit mode

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new level (Open World)
  2. Choose the "Landscape Mode"
  3. Enter the "stat unit" in the Console Command input
  4. Enter the "landscape.ForceLayersUpdate 1" and observe the memory usage

An LLM CSV is uploaded.
