SetRes command does not appear to enter fullscreen when placing an 'f' on the end

SetRes command does not appear to enter fullscreen when placing an 'f' on the end. The window becomes a window the size and resolution of the numbers that are passed in.

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new project
3. Save the project and map
4. Set the map as default
5. Launch the project with the -DX12 and -game arguments
6. Type "SetRes 500x500f"
7. Notice that the editor does not appear to enter fullscreen

Expected: The editor window would be come fullscreen with a resolution of 500 by 500
Result: The window becomes a window that is 500 by 500 in size and resolution
