Context
When selecting a component on an actor, any CallInEditor functions on the component's class appear as buttons in the details panel.
Problem
The CallInEditor functions don't execute in Blueprint Editor. The repro steps work correctly on a level placed actor, but not in the BP editor.
1. Create a new Actor based Blueprint
2. Create a new call-in-editor function
3. Place that actor in the world, and note you can see the call-in-editor function
4. Open the editor for that actor
5. Note that in Class Defaults, the call-in-editor function does not appear
