Description

Audio spatialization no longer occurs when Non-Spatialized Radius is set above 0 in a sound actor (instance or in a sound cue).

I could not reproduce this issue in UE4/Main.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Content Examples in editor.
  2. Open the Audio level.
  3. In the World Outliner, select the Allow Spatialization Sound actor.
  4. In the Details panel, set Non-Spatialized Radius to 1.
  5. Play in viewport.
  6. Walk to Display 1.3.
  7. Walk into the trigger to activate the sound.
  8. Move the camera left and right.

RESULT:

No spatialization occurs (audio does not sound as if it's coming from left or right ear).
