Spawnable actors visible for one extra frame on cut between subsequences

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project
  2. Open the Master Sequence in the level
  3. Render as an image sequence
  4. Find a frame that is on or before a cut

Result: Two Mannequin actors
Expected: One Mannequin actor.
