I guess that when the default value of the pipeline is None, the editor will silently pick the skeleton that is in the same folder of where you are importing.
If the UI is active you can then force back the selection of the Skeleton to None, however I am not sure how to do that through blueprint or python scripting.
Basically it seems we need to be able to programmatically change the property and rerun an execute pipeline (that is what seems to be done in the UI)
