All sounds (inc procedural) are affected by fx if it is played on a SoundClass that has it applied. User could make a new SoundClass without the fx

Description

If the player is standing in an area that adjusted audio, VOIP audio will also be affected.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download project via:
    [Link Removed]
  2. Run game "AH489883.exe", on two computers, with two different Steam Accounts.
  3. Left-Ctrl will enable VOIP
  4. Sectioned off areas of level have AudioVolume with FX, move player(s) into these while talking (screenshot attached for reference)

RESULT:

Audio received from VOIP is affected by any Audio FX player is standing in at the time of getting the audio.

EXPECTED:

Audio from VOIP is clear
