Description

Procedural meshes created on begin play do not block collision from player in packaged projects, even though they do in PIE.

NOTE Both packaged project and .uproject included in link (See repro steps).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download, unzip CollisionProcMesh.zip and then BugReportPackage.zip at link:

  2. Open WindowsNoEditor>BugReportExample.exe
  3. Move around the level and run into various actors within level

Results

Any mesh called on BeginPlay (marked in red text) can be walked through

Expected

All actors block player from walking through.
