Description

Setting Widget reflector to 0.8 causes menus to flicker. The menus begin to flicker between sizes

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Change the widget reflector to 0.8
    Window > Developer Tools > Widget reflector
  3. Right click in the content browser
  4. Hover over Animation
  5. Notice that the widget is flickering (between smaller and larger)

Expected: The display of the editor would be slightly smaller
Result: The menus begin to flicker between sizes
