A licensee has reported that actors moved by sequencer will not update their ComponentVelocity. This is inconsistent with Matinee, where we update ComponentVelocity in UInterpTrackMove::UpdateTrack. I've added the relevant code to update the ComponentVelocity in FMovieScene3DTransformTrackInstance::Update, but additional work may need to be done to ensure it will work for attached objects.
