User reporting multiple overlap events/end over lap events firing on smaller triggers, their specific dimensions were 400 uu x 2000 uu on a capsule

Description: When using immensely large trigger volumes, events triggered by overlap are fired multiple times during a single overlap. For example, if the player enters the trigger it may register the begin overlap twice and the end overlap sequence once.
Repro: [Reproduced Internally]
1. Download attached map file, add it to a project
2. Open project that has the downloaded map
3. Open downloaded map
4. Press play in editor
5. Move forward until on the second floor tile
6. Move back across to the first floor tile
Results:
Overlap events fire off multiple times per overlap sequence
Expected:
Overlap events fire when they are intended to and only once per sequence.
