Split Pins in the AnimGraph of an Anim Blueprint become disconnected after Editor Restart

Regression: YES. This does not occur in 4.12.5 CL:3039270

I also tested this in latest 4.13 Releases CL:3140425

Possibly related to [Link Removed] and [Link Removed], but still occurs in the Anim Graph

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Third Person Template project and open the Animation Blueprint
  2. Create a Transform (Modify) Bone node in the AnimGraph
  3. Set the Bone to upperarm_r and Rotation Mode to "Add to Existing"
  4. Right click on the rotation pin and select "Split Struct Pin"
  5. Right click on of the split pins and promote to a float variable
  6. Compile, Save, and restart the editor
  7. Open the AnimBP

Result: Anything plugged into a Split Pin is no longer connected
Expected: All variables stay connected
