Description

Sequencer in packaged VR project does not appear to work when using sequence player on begin play. The HMD no longer appears to be affected by sequencer after the project has been packaged out

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make sure oculus is hooked up and turned on
  2. Download the attached project
  3. Open the project
  4. Play in Editor
  5. Notice that the headset follows the camera
  6. Package the project for windows 64 bit
  7. Open packaged game
  8. Notice that the headset no longer follow the sequencer

Expected: The camera in VR would fly around in the packaged game like it does in the editor
Result: The HMD no longer appears to be affected by sequencer after the project has been packaged out
