Resetting default on Power Of Two Mode, does not revert back to None in details panel

Resetting the Power of Two Mode is expected to revert the setting back to the default setting of None both in the viewport and the details panel. Both clicking the default arrow and Ctrl Z does not change the setting back to None in the details panel.

This was tested in 4.13.2 and this was preset - NOT a regression.

1. Open a project
2. Import NonPowerof2 (.../Engine/Content/NotForLicensees/QA/Import_Test_Assets/Textures)
3. Open NonPowerof2
4. Under texture, change Power of Two Mode to Pad Power of Two
5. Click the yellow return to defaults arrow

Result: The image changes back to full screen. The drop down stays at Pad Power of Two. Attempting to change the image back to Pad Power of Two is unavailable

Expected: The image changes back to full screen and the drop down is reverted back to the default setting of None.
