Adding this issue because both the comment node title and the comment textbox in the context menu support long comments quite poorly ( they don't resize as you type ).
It strikes me that at least if the comment bubbles worked correctly its a viable workaround.
1) Create a new actor based blueprint
2) Open the event graph and create a comment node.
3) clear the comment and hover the node
4) notice the comment bubble icon doesn't appear for you to enter comment text
