Launching onto HTML5 fails due to a TypeError

Description

Launching onto HTML5 will fail during the compiling stage. The following error will occur when the project is launched in the browser and begins compiling:
Uncaught TypeError: Browser.mainLoop.scheduler is not a function

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4Editor and create a First Person BP project.
  2. Select the Launch dropdown and choose Chrome.

Result: Project will fail to run due to a TypeError.
