Packaged Vehicle and Vehicle advanced templates crash when opened on tvOS and iOS

Description

This occurs for both Code and BP Vehicle and VehicleAdvanced projects tested in both DebugGame and Development packaging configurations

Devices:
tvOS 10.0
iPhone6S+_6241 OS: 9.3.5

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a Vehicle or Vehicle Advanced project in the editor
  2. Package for tvOS
  3. Install on tvOS device
  4. Open the app on the tvOS device

Result: App crashes
