Description

When using the Steam Controller in the editor, even if the left joystick is set to be inputting joystick events, it continues to emulate WASD for movement or doesn't take any input at all, depending on where you've changed the input settings. I've tried changing the controller's settings from inside of the editor for that particular "game" but also tried changing the Steam Controller's desktop mappings in case those were being used and ended up with the same issue.

I spoke to Dmitry a bit about this and he mentioned that it may be due to our SDK for this being out of the date.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Connect a Steam controller and open/login to Steam
  2. Create a project based off the Third Person Template
  3. Enable the Steam Overlay for this project
  4. While in the editor, press the Steam button on the controller and edit your gamepad mappings so that the left joystick is meant to give joystick inputs
  5. Press PIE and use the Joystick to move around while watching the ThirdPersonCharacter blueprint
Result: Either the events for keyboard (Arrow key) movement are being triggered or no input is being detected at all.
Expected: The joystick events should be triggered by this
