Previously the game would crash (see:
UE-35940), but the fix now keeps the game running without VR instead.
Run a game on SteamVR. (Passing QAGame TM-MotionControllers hmd=steamvr -game -vr to the editor should do it)
Exit the game from the Steam in-vr menu.
Expected: Game exits
Actual: Game shuts down VR, but keeps running
