Translation Retargetting is messed up when using Remove Unused Bones from Skeleton

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Content Examples
  2. Find the M_MALE_Base_Skeleton
  3. Scroll down to upperarm_twist_01_l
  4. Enable Show Advanced Options
  5. Change the Translation Retargetting to Animation
  6. Go to Asset>Remove Unused Bones from Skeleton, select yes, then OK

Result: Either another bone has Animation or the entire Heirarchy above upperarm_twist_01_l is now set to Animation
Expected: Just the one bone still has Animation set
