Realtime rendering gets disabled every time you simulate in the editor

This does not occur in Main and is a regression from 4.13.2

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in the editor
  2. Drag an animation asset into the viewport (Used Jog_Loop_Fwd)
  3. Ensure Realtime rendering is enabled
  4. Simulate

Result: Realtime rendering gets disabled and the animation does not play

Expected: Animation simulates
