WmfMedia: RGB32 encoded AVIs rendering upside-down and too bright

1) Create a MediaPlayer asset
2) Select WmfMedia as the active decoder in the Playback Options
3) Open and play \\RDU-WD-2448-W10\Share\Media Files\FromCommunity\kgamble\BannerWave_1_upsidedown.avi

Result: Video is upside-down and too bright

Expected: Video has correct orientation and brightness
