Description

The Other filter seems to be breaking the content browser when enabling and disabling the selected filter. It seems to be happening to almost every filter in the other category, but not with other filters.

Work around Click in to another folder and click back into the content folder to populate what is actually in the folder.

This happens in 4.13 as well therefore not a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a project with Starter Content
  2. Use filter In Use by Level. Filters > Other > In Use by Level
  3. Disable the filter by clicking on it

Result: The content browser is populated with every asset in the project

Expected: The content browser appears the way it did before the use of the filter (only the starter content folder can be seen)
