Set Fullscreen mode does not render correctly in New Window PIE

Set Fullscreen mode does not render correctly in New Window PIE. The window tries to become fullscreen, however the screen appears to stop short and the bottom and right of the window are cut off

1. Open the editor
2. Open the level blueprint
3. Create the blueprint in the attached image
4. Play in New Editor Window
5. Click to focus the screen
6. Press the 'F' key
7. Notice that the window does not become full screen and that the right and bottom of the window has been cut off

Expected: The Window would become full screen when calling the Apply Settings
Result: The window tries to become fullscreen, however the screen appears to stop short and the bottom and right of the window are cut off
