Description

Switching levels requires paths to be rebuilt for show navigation to work if Agent radius has been changed

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open the project
  3. Open the project settings and change the agent radius to 50 (this will need to be done for Navigation mesh as well as Navigation System)
  4. Open the "Empty" level
  5. Open the Navigation Map
  6. Notice that the navigation is no longer showing up
  7. Press build
  8. Notice that the mesh shows back up (This needs to be done every time the level is changed)

Expected:The navigation would remain built from the last time the level was opened
Result: The paths need to be rebuild every time the level is switched
