Static Mesh Sockets are not updated on reimport

Might be the same as [Link Removed], but decided to open a new report.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached zip
  2. You'll find an FBX in the root of the folder (it is the same as what is in the "Original" folder)
  3. Import that root FBX into UE4
  4. Open the asset and check the socket locations
  5. Copy the FBX in the "Modified" folder and paste (overwrite) the root FBX
  6. Right click the asset in UE4 and reimport
  7. Open the asset and check the socket locations

Result: Sockets are in the same location
Expected: The sockets are transformed in the Z axis
