The Material Fucntion CylindricalUVs is missing the Object Position node
You can see the UVs wrapping around 0,0,0 without the position node attached, instead of the mesh's position
1. Launch: UE4Editor.exe (any project)
2. Open: CylindricalUVs Material Function from Engine Content
Missing node breaks the UV wrapping of this function, function will always wrap around 0,0,0
Object Position allows function to wrap around the position of the object as it moves around in the world
