World Bookmark can't be saved when a Private Data Layer is "collected" by the UDataLayerEditorState

Description

The World Bookmark system cannot properly handle Private Data Layer. The current state can make them unusable since the Bookmark might not be saveable.

Steps to Reproduce
  • Create a WP level
  • Add a private data layer
  • Add an actor inside this private data layer
  • Save all
  • Create a World bookmark
  • Save all
  • Toggle loaded in editor on private data layer
  • Update bookmark
  • Try to save bookmark
  • Observe that bookmark file fail to save because it’s referencing a private asset
