Workaround:
Delete the StagedBuilds folder within [Project] \ Saved
User is not able to LaunchOn on multiple platforms. They receive a message saying Plugin 'SlateRemote' failed to load.
The plugin is disabled by default. If the user enables the plugin, they can launch on. However, in 4.14, it's possible to launch on to Windows with this plugin disabled.
RESULT:
After the editor builds for Windows platform, it will fail to launch due to SlateRemote plugin failing to load.
