I first noticed this when I was going on a ramp at a high speed and was catapulted over the level. It seems that the faster you go, the bigger the pop is with physics. It is not easy to hit, but it is something that I am able to repro 100%. The issue happens when you turn your wheel and the ramp wedges in between the wheel and the body of the vehicle.
This does not happen in 4.13, therefore it is a Regression
Result: The vehicle pops up and flips over
Expected: The shock absorbs the change in elevation and the car doesn't pop
