Cannot Delete Folder Containing Sub Folders from Content Browser

Cannot delete a folder containing sub-folders from the Content Browser even after contents and sub-folders have been removed.

Regression: This does not occur in UE 4.13

1. Open a Blank Blueprint Project in UE 4.14
2. In the Content Browser, create a new folder and name it "Test"
3. Inside the "Test" folder create a new folder and call it "TestA"
4. Inside the "TestA" folder create a new folder and call it "TestB"
5. Save All
6. Move folders "TestA" and "TestB" from "Test" to "Content"
7. Delete folder "Test"
   RESULT: Original "Test" folder cannot be deleted
   EXPECTED: Original "Test" folder to delete as in previous versions of the Engine
