Description

Static mesh Viewer Camera Appears to be tilted after setting the orbit pitch to 90 and Orbit yaw to 0. The camera becomes tilted and does not rotate around the static mesh as it does by default

Note: attached project also reproduces issue

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open editor
  2. Import the attached fbx
  3. Open the static mesh viewer in the editor for the attached fbx
  4. Set the Orbit ptich to 90 and the Orbit yaw to 0
  5. Save
  6. Close the static mesh viewer
  7. Open the static mesh viewer again
  8. Move the camera down
  9. Notice that the camera appears to be tilted

Expected: The camera would start above the static mesh looking down
Result: The camera becomes tilted and does not rotate around the static mesh as it does by default
