Description

When working in a World Partition level using OFPA, trying to use the "Make writable" option instead of checking the asset out will result with the actor coming back to the map after restarting the editor.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a project and set it up to use to Perforce source control
  2. Create a world partition map and place a few actors on it
  3. Save the map and the actors
  4. Submit the changes to P4 server
  5. Launch the map again and delete one of the actors. Once done, click ctrl + shift + s to save changes
  6. When prompted to check out the file associated with the actor, select "Make writable"
  7. Notice that there is a popup saying "Can't clobber writable [Link Removed]" displayed
  8. Note: After reloading the map, the actor stays deleted like everything was correctly processed
  9. Note 2: After restarting the editor, the actor appears back on the map
  10. Note 3: The file associated with the actor does not get deleted from local filesystem. It only loses its read only flag.
