When uploading ETC2 packages to Google Play Store, it shows that 10712 devices were removed as supported devices and 332 remain. They did state in their AnswerHub that the unsupported devices still use the APK without trouble.
1. Create a UE4 template
2. Project Settings > Android > Configure for APK Packaging and Google Play Services
3. File > Package > Android > ETC2
4. Upload to Google Play Services
Results: Google play has APK details which state 10712 supported devices were removed.
Expected Results: The APK not to unsupport specific devices.
