Cannot Move Assets and Folders Simultaneously in Content Browser

Users cannot move assets and folders from the same containing folder to a different folder causing them to have to move them separately.

Regression: No

1. Open a blank Project in UE4.14
2. In the Content Browser, create 3 Folders and name them A,B, and C respectively
3. Move folder B into folder A and folder C into folder B
4. Create 3 Materials and name them Mat_A, Mat_B, and Mat_C respectively
5. Place Mat_A in folder A, Mat_B in folder B, and Mat_C in folder C
6. Create a new folder in the Content Browser and name it Verify
7. In folder B, select Mat_B and folder C and move them to folder "Verify"
   RESULT: Asset Mat_B moves to folder "Verify" but folder C remains in folder B
   EXPECTED: Asset Mat_B and folder C to move simultaneously
