When running a launched or packaged version on an Android device, if there is a particle emitter, it follows the camera looking up or down. If you have more than 1 particle emitter, it seems to correct the issue. This did not occur on an iOS device when packaged using ES2.

2. Package project for Android ETC2 (or 1)
3. Run on Android device
Results: The dust particles follow the camera when you look up or down.
Expected Results: The dust particles should not move based on the camera movement.
