Description

This is a regression from 4.13.2

Seen on a Galaxy6Edge_6714 OS: 5.0.2

This was not seen on a HuaweiP9Plus_9532 OS: 6.0

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a BP FirstPerson project
  2. Package for Android_ETC1
  3. Install packaged project on device
  4. Run project

Result: Crosshair has a white background and is not transparent
