When getting the resolution scale information from the game user settings the values will change depending if you are in PIR or standalone.

This issue will also return different values if you run the editor with saved and intermediate folders already there (from a previous session) deleting these folders will give expected results.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. PIE
  3. Take note of values on screen
  4. Stop session and then Play in standalone

Min scale value and Current scale normalized have changed.

The results remain consistent.
