LevelInstance\PackedLevelActor: Problem with non-uniform negative scale.

A licensee is reporting transform issues related to using non-uniform negative scale on LevelInstances and PackedLevelActors.

In Lyra:

• Create a new empty OW level
• add 2 instances of L_DefaultEditorOverview
• Move one on top of the other and set it’s scale to (1, 1, -1 )
• Enter edit mode (CTRL+E).
• The slope is inverted.
