Reimport Does Not Honor "Combine Meshes" Initial Setting

When reimporting a mesh that was originally imported with "Combine Meshes" off it will come back in as a combined mesh.

1. Imprort attached asset into a blank project
2. Make sure "combine meshes" is unchecked
3. You will see three different static meshes in the content browser
4. Reimport any of them

RESULT
The reimported mesh will come in as a combined mesh.

EXPECTED
The single selected asset is reimported.
