Specular seems to be much brighter in ES2 to the point to where a bright specular highlight will appear even with a value of 0.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a blank project
  2. Create material with roughness = 0 and specular = 0
  3. Apply the material to the floor mesh, it should appear pure black
  4. Switch to iOS ES2 preview shading

A specular highlight will appear on the mesh even though specular is 0

The specular highlight isn't there and the material appears black
