Unable to change View Options from the menu contained inside of an asset selection dropdown

Using the View Options option inside of an asset selection dropdown window does not work. None of the options, other than the Scale slider under Thumbnails, will make any changes and the window is immediately closed upon selection.

This did not occur in 4.14.1-3224400+++UE4+Release-4.14
This occurs in 4.15.0-3236803+++UE4+Dev-Main

1. Create a new project or open an existing one
2. Add an empty actor to the level from the Modes panel
3. Add a Static Mesh Component to the empty actor
4. Select the dropdown beside the Static Mesh entry to set a static mesh
5. In this dropdown, select "View Options" and attempt to select any option other than the Scale slider under Thumbnails
   Result: The dropdown window closes and none of attempted changes are saved
   Expected: The change that is selected should be made and the dropdown window should remain open with the newly updated information

Workaround: Use the View Options option in the Content Browser
