Steering feels sluggish in VehicleGame

REGRESSION
Yes, does not occur in 4.14.2.

Steering in Vehicle Game feels very sluggish. Turning is slow, and the buggy loses a lot of acceleration.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open VehicleGame in editor.
  2. Play in viewport.
  3. While accelerating, steer left.

RESULT

Steering feels sluggish (slow to turn, vehicle looses a lot of speed).
