If the user runs the "stat sounds" command repeatedly over the course of multiple PIE sessions, there will be inconsistent behavior with when it appears on the screen.

In the scenario given in the repro steps, the stat sounds command won't appear again until the user exits PIE.

I haven't reproduced this with other "stat" commands.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in editor.
  2. Play in viewport.
  3. Run the console command "stat sounds".
  4. Exit PIE. Notice the debug info is on the screen still (intended).
  5. PIE again.
  6. Run "stat sounds" to disable the debug info.
  7. Exit PIE.
  8. PIE again.
  9. Run "stat sounds".


Debug info does not come up. If you exit PIE, the debug info will show up.
